Today Mama Elsa took me to my school, St. Annes College Lucena Inc. It has all education levels within the school compounds. The high school looked nice, all the staff wore smiles and so did the students. I felt so welcome. Everything was going great until we proceeded to fit my school uniform. For those that know me, know I have always been an advocate for school uniform. However, this uniform made me want to curl up in a corner and disappear. I dont want to even begin to describe it, you'll see it for yourself. It's just, diffferent, but very common here in the Philippines which is a very conservative nation. I guess I'll just have to accept it. It's only one year :))
The main upsetting outcome of my tour was the course load. Majority of the classes I need to take to be credited for my junior year are not available. Only chemisty and trigonometry. I'm so worried I will not benefit from being at the school. Crossing my fingers and knocking on wood, hoping for the best!
